Ingredients
Beef fillet 280g Onion, cut into cubes 1/2 Green and red pepper each 1/2 Chopped garlic 1Tbsp
Chopped shallot 1Tbsp Satay sauce 1- 1/2Tbsp
Seasonings
Cooking soda 1/2 tsp Water 1- 1/2 Tbsp Light soya sauce 1- 1/2 tsp Dark soya sauce 1/2 Oil 1 Tbsp
Sauces
Water 1/4 cup Salt 1/4 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Cornstarch 1 tsp Light soya sauce 1 tsp Dark soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Rinse beef fillet, wipe dry and cut into large cubes, mix with seasonings and leave for 20 min.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons oil, fry beef cubes in oil until 80% cooked, remove.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute all vegetables with satay sauce, add beef cubes to wok and fry well together
