Ingredients:
- Duck breast 210g
- Peach (canned) 1
- Pear 1
- Honey 2 Tbsp
Seasonings:
1. Salt 1/2 tsp.
- Sugar 1/2 tsp.
- Cornstarch 1/2 tsp.
- Light soya sauce 1/2 Tbsp
- Ginger Juice 1 Tbsp
Sauces:
1. Peach Juice (from can) 3 Tbsp.
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Vinegar 1 tsp.
Method:
1. Slice duck breast, mix in seasoning and marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Drain peach, peel pear and cut fruits into large chunks
3. Heat 3 Tbsp.oil in wok, stir-fry duck piece until cooked. Add fruits and sauce, mix and cook until sauce thickens
4. Remove and stir in honey. Dish
