Employer  Requirements
Attentive matters of employing the Foreign domestic helpers:
1: Guarantee the helper has a rest in eight hours every day, no less than one day off every week.
2: Helpers can have paid holidays according to the law. (Should paid overtime wages to helper definitely according to the country if not having a rest on vacation )
3: Helpers can have paid family false for 7days once a year ( contract of two years )
4: Employer can’t arrange for helper to do the work beyond the aggreement in the contract.
5: Employer can’t require helper to do outdoor high risk works.
6: Employer can’t seduce and force helper to do the work which obey the law
7: Employer take helper to go out (other places) must notify our company
8: Employer can’t change helperin private.
9: Employer can’t arrange for helper to do the work for others beyond the aggreement in the contract
10: Employer provide daily meals to the helper.
11: Employer can’t beat and scold helper, can ask for dismissing or replacing
